No. Guests scan the QR with their phone's camera (iPhone or Android, built in, no extra app), or tap the link you share. The manual opens in their browser like any other webpage. No download, no login, no account.
Yes, twelve languages built in (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic). The guest's phone picks the right one based on their browser language; they can switch from a menu at the top of the manual.
No. Your manual is open at a public URL keyed to your slug, so guests just scan and read. That also keeps you compliant with Airbnb's May 2025 off-platform rule, which requires any link you share with guests to be login-free.
Your access stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the account drops to Free, but your manuals, photos, contacts, and QR codes stay in place and remain visible to guests. You just can't actively edit beyond your 1 free property slot.
