Yes — twelve languages built in (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic). The guest's phone picks the right one based on their browser language; they can switch from a menu at the top of the manual.
No. Your manual is open at a public URL keyed to your slug — guests just scan and read. That also keeps you compliant with Airbnb's May 2025 off-platform rule, which requires any link you share with guests to be login-free.
Your access stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the account drops to Free — your manuals, photos, contacts, and QR codes stay in place and remain visible to guests.
